• We will only ship to the authorized shipping address given at the time of payment.

Sales Tax

• 8.875% sales tax is charged on all shipments going to New York addresses.

Shipping

• We ship to the United States and select countries.
• Domestic shipping rates listed are only for residential or commercial destinations in the continental 48 United States.
• Additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to Alaska, PR, Hawaii or US Protectorates
• All of our items are shipped via USPS only
• For international shipping, click on the shipping tab on the listing for rates
• Tracking information will be emailed to you once it is generated.
• Shipping time during holidays may take longer than normal.
• We only ship the item to the verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout.
• Please verify the correct shipping address in your PayPal and eBay account before making your payment.
• Most items ship within one business days of purchase.

Return

• We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of item(s) for exchange or refund.
• Customer must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
• Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
• The product's original factory seal must be intact.
• Return items must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
